We take booking requests for trips across the Sydney metropolitan area and Sydney Airport. Coverage is subject to availability at the time you book.

Availability
- Listing an area means we take booking requests for it. It does not guarantee that a driver is available for a particular time or route.
- Longer trips outside the immediate metro area are still worth requesting — dispatch will confirm whether it can be covered.
- If a route cannot be calculated automatically, call us and we can confirm the trip and fare directly.
- Submitting the form sends a booking request. It is not an accepted ride until dispatch confirms it, and a fare estimate does not guarantee that a driver is available.
Fares and payment
Fares are calculated from the route distance, the vehicle, the passenger count and the pickup time, with a $38 minimum for a standard trip and higher minimums for recognised airport pickups and drop-offs.
Longer distances move through defined distance bands, and an evening percentage increase applies to trips priced in the evening window. The estimate you see reflects all of this before you submit.
You can pay the driver, use Cabcharge/TTSS, or pay online by card where eligible. A non-cash payment surcharge of up to 5% (incl. GST) may apply. It applies only to website-processed card payments — no website surcharge is added to Pay to Driver or Cabcharge/TTSS.
