How to request it

Choose Airport booking on the home page, then pick whether it is an airport pickup or drop-off and select T1, T2 or T3.

Add your pickup and destination, passenger and luggage numbers, and your flight number if we are collecting you.

Review the fare estimate and payment option, then send the request. You will get confirmation once dispatch has reviewed it.

Availability
- Booking requests can be sent at any time. Dispatch confirmation depends on availability.
- Adding a flight number helps dispatch account for a changed arrival time, but it does not guarantee that a driver will be held.
- For terminal layouts, pickup zones and current airport access arrangements, check the official Sydney Airport website before you travel.
- Submitting the form sends a booking request. It is not an accepted ride until dispatch confirms it, and a fare estimate does not guarantee that a driver is available.
Fares and payment
Airport trips use a minimum fare: $45 for a recognised airport pickup and $40 for a recognised airport drop-off. A recognised airport pickup also includes an airport pickup toll.
The booking flow shows an estimated range before you submit. The server recalculates the exact fare from your route and options before any payment is authorised, so the estimate and the confirmed fare are always shown as separate things.
You can pay the driver, use Cabcharge/TTSS, or pay online by card where eligible. A non-cash payment surcharge of up to 5% (incl. GST) may apply. It applies only to website-processed card payments — no website surcharge is added to Pay to Driver or Cabcharge/TTSS.
