Necessary and functional storage
The website stores an unfinished booking on your device so entered trip details can survive a refresh. It also stores your versioned analytics and advertising choices so the banner does not ask on every page. These necessary entries remain until cleared, replaced, or removed. Firebase authentication storage is used for the restricted admin area.
Maps, payment, and service providers
Google Maps Platform may process location, place, route, device, and technical information when map or address features are used. Stripe may use necessary cookies and technical information when secure checkout is opened. Firebase provides hosting, database, function, and authentication services. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Website analytics storage
Website analytics begins only after consent. A random pseudonymous session identifier and a safe pending-event queue are stored in session storage. The session rotates after 30 minutes of inactivity. Consented event-level server records are retained for up to 90 days. Analytics stores fixed event and attribution categories only, never names, contact details, addresses, notes, form values, full URLs, query strings, click IDs, search terms, arbitrary campaign values, card details, or booking/payment identifiers in the admin activity view.
If analytics is rejected, reset, or revoked, first-party tracking stops immediately and the session and queue are removed. Activity observed before consent is not persisted or sent later.
Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising measurement
Google Ads conversion tracking and the Microsoft Advertising UET tag measure contact actions, submitted booking requests, and completed online payments. Because this website serves Australia, where advertising and analytics storage do not require prior opt-in, Advanced Google Consent Mode defaults analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalisation to granted, and the UET tag defaults its own advertising storage to granted. The banner is therefore an opt-out, and a choice you have already recorded is read before either tag loads, so it always overrides these defaults. Reject optional sets all of these to denied but may permit the documented limited cookieless signals of each provider. Analytics-only grants analytics storage while advertising signals are denied. Accept all keeps the supported signals granted. Neither advertising tag is loaded in the restricted admin area. We do not intentionally include booking or contact-form personal information in advertising conversion events.
